This weapon has one of the biggest style of all weapon of the game but have basic moveset and pretty basic everything, one of the biggest miss opporunity. It would make sens for this weapon to NOT apply bleed ONLY if frost would be native, like it would be a fun touch like the blade electrify and cold burn you making your wound instant coterised by cold !
